Count the people who need access
StrataWorks costs $300/month for up to five individual staff logins, shared across your office and field team. The base rate is guaranteed for 60 months while your subscription remains continuously active. Applicable tax and separately scoped services are additional.
Syncta’s published Per Tester rates are $125 per tester on monthly billing, or $99 per tester per month billed annually. Here is the arithmetic for those rates:

A single tester may pay less with Syncta. Three testers at its annual Per Tester rate have a $297 monthly equivalent, close to StrataWorks’ $300 monthly plan. Staff logins and billable testers are different measures. For larger teams or different volumes, request a quote for the appropriate plan rather than extending this table.
Before switching, ask these four questions
- Does the software produce the current forms your authorities require?
- Does its submission method match each authority’s instructions?
- What will the plan cost for your field testers and office staff together?
- Which records can be migrated, at what cost, and how will a sample be checked?
For StrataWorks, a Jobber customer CSV import workflow is verified. A Syncta migration needs a separate review of the available export and the records you want to move. We do not promise a complete automatic transfer.
